Dad Is My Best Friend

Dad Is My Best Friend!

"Dad Is My Best Friend" centers around Angela, a young girl who takes the reader along a journey of fun adventures shared with her dad.

Caribbean illustrator Kavion Robinson's oil paintings beautifully portray a father and daughter's heartwarming bond in "Dad Is My Best Friend." The reader will learn why Angela's dad is her best friend as she recounts all the fun things they do together. Racing, bike riding, and push-ups are some of the things Angela loves to do with her dad. Readers will have the chance to count and interact with Angela and her dad while they exercise.

"My earliest memory of my father is of him working out by the front door of our home. He would do push-ups in front of the door. One day I climbed onto his back and began to count, just like Angela."- Author Kerice Robinson

To forever cherish the memories of those special times with her dad, Kerice Robinson wrote: "Dad Is My Best Friend" based loosely on her own childhood experiences.

Hero Dogs

Thank you for purchasing this coloring book. It all started as a simple coloring book about courageous canines and the work they perform.

As a colored pencil artist, I thought it would be wonderful to collaborate with other artists from different countries.

On Fiverr, I found a remarkable young artist, Olena Rii, from Ukraine. I asked her to design an outline and colored version of Patron, Ukraine's Jack Russell bomb detector dog.

Olena told me that it helped to do the artwork, and it took her mind away from the horrific war In her country.

We decided to make this a fundraiser for the many homeless dogs and cats that are hungry, cold, and frightened.

100% of the profits will go to this fantastic organization.

Many Colors Make A Rainbow

MANY COLORS MAKE A RAINBOW:

Diversity & Inclusion Make Us Better Together

In a book about diversity and inclusion, we follow 4 adventurous kids across all 7 colors of a beautiful rainbow to see how all colors stand and shine together as one.

This fun and fascinating read-aloud book is great for family bonding, and for understanding and accepting diversity and inclusion in our Human Rainbow because:

With our own special mix of colors and cultures,

all people are different, that’s easy to see.

But on the inside, in their hearts and minds,

they are all just like you and me.

A quote from a member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at Emory:

"What a wonderful book, not just for kids, but for all of us, for everyone."

"Can’t wait to share it. Indeed, I am on DEI committees at Emory and w local boards/organizations. Can’t wait to share it with them, and of course our children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews."

About the Author

Doctor Daffee writes because our children are our future. Let’s educate them, rather than indoctrinate them. Teach them how to think, not what to think.

The good doctor has fancy degrees from some cool schools, but words and rhymes are his favorite tools.

He loves kids, books, and rescue pets – not to mention our military vets.

If you like his book, please give it a rave review. If you don’t, well then, l I’m sure you’ve got better things to do….

Woof

Woof is a children's book written for very young (0-2 year old) children.

It is the story of a dog called woof who, while rather dozy, grabs a thread of wool and runs with it!

Woof is a full colour, short children's book, but also doubles as a colouring book at the end!

Woof was originally written in 1983 by John Thompson for his children, Michael (who is featured in the story) and David, who has since grown up to digitise the Illustrations, first drawn in pen and paper by John all them years ago. This book was recently discovered once again in the loft, and was updated for the enjoyment of Freddy, Michael's son, to read when he was very young. We have all decided to share this book beyond the family for you all to enjoy with your children, and we hope it gives you all something to laugh about!
